When you reach out for a job, you can expect a quick response from us. We’ll review your application and contact you within 48 hours to discuss your qualifications and the next steps. We’re here to guide you through the process, so don’t worry if you’re uncertain about the application process or any concerns relating to the job.

We believe job interviews should be comfortable and relaxed. Before you meet your future employer, we’ll invite you to our office in Thessaloniki for an introduction. Shortly after, we’ll share more details about your potential role and employer. In the meantime, we recommend doing some research on the company. Keep in mind, your interview will likely be online, so it’s a good idea to practice video call interviews beforehand!

While every job is different, a few common mistakes to avoid are sending a generic resume, not proofreading your application, or failing to follow the application instructions. Make sure your resume highlights your passion, skills and work experience. Also, always personalize your cover letter to show why you’re a great fit for the position. Our advice? Showcase a little bit of your personality!

As with any job, the hiring process typically takes a few weeks. After you apply, we aim to review your information quickly and get back to you within 48 hours. If selected, you will be invited to our office in Thessaloniki. After getting to know you, we will arrange an interview with your potential employer and inform you of the outcome as soon as possible. We understand that job hunting can be stressful, so we strive to make the process as fast and smooth as possible!
