Process Operator Waalwijk – Modern Egg Products Facility

Function
As a Process Operator, you’ll play a vital role in running, optimizing, and securing our technical installations and supporting processes. You’ll be part of a two-shift team, ensuring that every production run meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your responsibilities include:
- Starting up and operating technical equipment;
- Monitoring processes and performing checks to ensure efficiency and quality;
- Quickly addressing any malfunctions;
- Delivering safe and high-quality egg products to the logistics department daily.
Requirements
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled operator who:
- Has technical insight and hands-on problem-solving skills;
- Speaks and understands English well;
- Is willing to work in two or three shifts, including Saturdays;
- Preferably has experience in the food industry;
- Wants to grow professionally within a modern, future-oriented facility;
- Is flexible and doesn’t have a strict 9-to-5 mentality;
- Works well in a team and communicates effectively.
Offer
This is a temporary position with the strong possibility of a permanent contract after 12 months. The company is expanding and eager to retain great employees.
