Function
Are you energetic, customer-friendly, and love being on the road? Van Gestel Courier Service is looking for a reliable parcel delivery driver to join our team!
What will you do?
As a parcel delivery driver, you are the face of our company. You ensure that our customers receive their packages on time and in perfect condition. You will drive one of our modern vehicles and visit various addresses across the Netherlands every day. With your accuracy and customer-oriented attitude, you guarantee fast and safe deliveries.
Your tasks:
- Timely and careful delivery of parcels to our customers;
- Loading and unloading packages in the vehicle;
- Checking delivery details and properly handling signatures or proof of receipt;
- Reporting any issues or special circumstances encountered during deliveries;
- Handling packages with care and attention;
- Maintaining the vehicle and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate that:
- Has a valid driving license B (experience with delivery vans is a plus);
- is friendly and service-oriented attitude;
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Good physical condition (the work can be physically demanding);
- Flexibility and ability to work independently.
