Operator – Waalwijk

Organization
At RALplast, we specialize in injection molding of plastic end products and semi-finished goods. From our facility in Waalwijk, we produce smart storage solutions using our 14 injection molding machines.
As of the start of 2025, we’ve transitioned from a 3-shift to a 5-shift system. That’s why we’re looking for motivated Operators who are ready to strengthen our growing team.
Function
As an Operator, you are a key player in our production process. You will:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines;
- Keep a close eye on the production process and detect deviations or malfunctions;
- Support assembly colleagues with packaging tasks;
- Start on the assembly line to get to know the entire process inside-out;
- Ensure all necessary materials are available at the right time and place;
- Safeguard product quality and output;
- Assist the shift leader with daily operational tasks.
This role also gives you room to grow within our company.
Requirements
We are looking for an all-rounder, a go-getter and someone who can be deployed flexibly. You can easily switch between different activities and maintain an overview. You are independent, but not an individualist. You enjoy working in a team. Your own initiative to improve processes or activities is appreciated and you will gain confidence in this. We think it is important that you think about your work and learn from the activities you undertake.
- Have an affinity with technology;
- Are open to learn a new profession;
- Experience as an Operator is a plus;
- You’re proactive, responsible, and a strong team player;
- You speak and understand English well.
