Machine Operator – Surface Treatment Specialist – 's-Hertogenbosch

Function
We are currently looking for a Machine Operator to join the team! You’ll learn how to operate a wide range of specialized machines and become a key player in delivering high-quality work across various locations in the Netherlands and abroad. Read more on Machine Operator.
What you’ll do:
- Operate and perform basic maintenance on machines (e.g., cleaning hoses and rotating parts);
- Troubleshoot minor issues and resolve ad-hoc malfunctions;
- Work dust-free: wet sanding, blasting, planing of hard surfaces;
- Sanding and milling in a dust-free environment;
- Wet blasting: includes water blasting, steam cleaning, and olivine cleaning.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a hands-on, solution-focused mentality—no 9 to 5 attitude;
- Is motivated, proactive, and enjoys working in a team;
- Has strong communication skills and enjoys helping colleagues and clients;
- Understands the importance of working safely and responsibly;
- Holds a Category B driving license;
- A forklift certificate is a bonus—but we’re happy to train you!
Offer
This is a temporary position with a strong chance of a permanent contract after 12 months. The company is expanding rapidly and is looking for dedicated team members to grow with them.
