Machine Operator – Waalwijk, NL

Function
Does analyzing production problems, realizing planned production and taking corrective measures in the event of disruptions and/or problems appeal to you? Then this position is for you!
As a Machine Operator you are responsible for preparing, converting, starting up, setting up and producing the various production processes. The processes can be divided into tube extrusion, foam extrusion and co-extrusion. These separate processes are combined by different production lines. These production lines are operated by several people, including process operators, machine operators and production employees.
During production you also monitor product quality and quantity.
Requirements
We are looking for an all-rounder, a go-getter and someone who can be deployed flexibly. You can easily switch between different activities and maintain an overview. You are independent, but not an individualist. You enjoy working in a team. Your own initiative to improve processes or activities is appreciated and you will gain confidence in this. We think it is important that you think about your work and learn from the activities you undertake.

- Are able to work well with others;
- You are flexible and willing to work in 2 shifts from 07.00 to 15.00 o’clock or 15.00 to 23.00 o’clock;
- When needed you are willing to work in 3 shifts, that includes a night shift from 23.00 to 07.00 o’clock.
