Function
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for much more than just operating a machine. You’ll:
- Set up, start, and operate CNC machinery with precision and care;
- Monitor production processes, identify issues quickly, and solve them efficiently;
- Check the quality of output and ensure it meets the highest standards;
- Assist with machine setups and tool changes, keeping production running smoothly;
- Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, support each other, and achieve common goals;
- Actively contribute ideas to improve processes, reduce downtime, and boost efficiency;
- Play an important role in the overall production flow of our company, helping us deliver the quality we’re known for;
- Even if you don’t have CNC experience yet, we’ve got you covered. With our structured training program, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to succeed in the role.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and take ownership. Ideally, you bring:
- A technical background or strong technical affinity;
- Accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering top-quality work;
- The ability to read and understand technical drawings independently;
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—you see challenges as opportunities to improve;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- Team spirit: you enjoy working with others, but you can also work independently;
- Motivation to grow, develop, and continuously improve your skills.
